Electronic newsletters are an effective way to keep in touch with current customers/patients. We design and send monthly and quarterly newsletters for several clients.

Over the years we have learned that the biggest challenge is keeping the newsletter going. At first, there is a lot of enthusiasm and there are lots of articles to publish. As time goes on, the enthusiasm wanes and the articles are harder to extract.

The solution is to keep it simple. A shorter newsletter is more likely to get read and easier to keep alive.
